Voters and Supporters
- How do I upload a video?
Go to the Enter section and register or if you’ve already registered, log-in. If you want to use your webcam, just click to start and convince us you are the TMN Superfan. If you have a video on your computer, click the tab for the Upload section, fill out all required fields and attach your video. Click “Upload” and don’t forget to send to all your friends!
- Can I upload more than one video?
Yes! Enter as many times as you wish!
- The music on my video is not playing when on the website. What happened?
If your using your webcam, make sure to preview before you send it. Make sure you have a working microphone, and you've selected it in the drop down list. If you have a video on your computer, try listening to it on your computer before you upload it. When saving the video, make sure you use something common like MP3 or AAC audio.
- My video failed to upload. What now?
Log in, and re-attach your video, ensuring it’s an approved file type. Also, check to make sure you’ve filled out all of the required fields.
- My video was not accepted. What now?
There are few reasons why your video could be denied.
- Copyright infringement: You may have used copyrighted video, which is not allowed. Also, make sure you are not wearing a branded t-shirt or have a poster in the background.
- Invalid content: The video or photo you have submitted is not related to this contest. Make sure you are uploading to the right place.
- Inappropriate content: Our moderators have deemed your content to be offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
- Incompatible filetype: The video or photo that you submitted isn't working on our end. It might be that you uploaded the wrong kind of file, or maybe the sound wasn't working.
- Duplicate: You have uploaded the same content more than once. Please be patient, as our moderators will have your content posted shortly.

- How can I change my profile or contact info?
You cannot directly change your contact information on the contest site. If you require information to be changed, please Contact us.
- How can I increase my chance of winning?
We suggest entering several videos and encourage your friends to vote for you!
- Who is eligible to enter?

- How many times can I vote?
You can vote once per day. Come back daily to vote again!
- Can I vote for myself?
Of course you can vote for yourself but you should encourage others to vote for you too! Promoting yourself is a great way to increase your chance of winning.
- What should I do if I see a video that is offensive or inappropriate?
We do not allow content that is offensive or inappropriate. If you see a video that slipped past our screening, please let us know immediately. Contact us with details.
